How do I refill my bottle?
When your glass bottle is almost finished, simply go online and order a refill pouch in the ritual you want to try – you may want to stick with your favourite or try something new.  When you receive your refill pouch, wash the glass bottle and pump thoroughly with warm water and leave it to dry.  Once your glass bottle is dry, replace the labels and fill it up!  The refill pouches use at least 60% less plastic than plastic bottles.  You can then wash and reuse or put the pouch in the recycling.

 
What makes your refill option better?

We’re glad you asked because we’ve thought of that too!  Once you’ve received your refill pouch, all you need to do is fill up your beautiful glass bottle without the need to replace the whole product.  We’re passionate about reducing plastic waste, which is why our pouches are a great alternative. They can be recycled and reused for storage.  They make wonderful drink bottles as they are compact and sturdy. Use them to store your home-made sauces and drinks. Light weight, they are easy to transport and make great ice packs!


Of course, there is some element of waste (packaging, postage material).  We recycle all our packing material by using donated boxes and box filling to ensure that your product reaches you in perfect condition. Between using glass bottles and refill pouches we are already ahead of the beauty market standard when it comes to producing plastic waste.  Thank you for your support, together we can change the face of the beauty industry.

What are your payment options?

All prices quoted and sales transactions are in Australian Dollars.

We accept online payments via major credit cards and AfterPay.

What is your shipping policy?
At Luxury Bath Co., we know that you want your products as quickly as possible!  We dispatch your order within 1-3 working days and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order until it arrives at your door.  Once your order is processed, we can’t change the information so check all of your details carefully.  


What about impact on the environment from shipping?
This is a consideration for every online company, and we understand that there are concerns about the potential impact that comes with shipping products.  However, the world of online shopping is only growing and there is no easy solution.  At Luxury Bath Co, we’re passionate about reducing our impact on the environment through the reduction of plastic waste and we believe our approach will have a long-term positive impact on the environment.  We’re also making efforts to reduce the impact of delivery by using Sendle, which is a carbon neutral delivery company for all inner-city deliveries.  We use Australian Post for all rural and remote locations.


What do you mean by natural ingredients?
The products in our range are around 99% natural, which is ahead of what the general market refers to as ‘natural’.  Our products also contained more natural ingredients than most conventional products.  In order to produce high quality body and hair products, we’ve included some non-natural ingredients for the best bathing ritual experience possible for our customers.  However, these ingredients are kept to a minimum and are environmentally friendly and cruelty-free.  We also use minimal preservatives which are totally safe.  For example, phenoxyethanol, which is included in many of our products, is a widely used synthetic preservative which has global approval.


What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns or refunds unless your product is faulty.  However, we want our customers to be happy so please contact us if you’re not satisfied!  Read more in our Return and Refund Policy 

 

What happens when I’ve been sent an incorrect item/there is something missing?
We want you to be happy, so we’ll happily step in if there are issues with your order.  Simply email us with your order number, the items you received and the incorrect or missing items.  We’ll then sort it out for you from there!
