SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia for orders $120 and over.
Any purchase under $120 there will be a $13.00 shipping cost
Please note we deliver to PO box addresses using Post Office.
A local pickup option is available for those within the Perth metropolitan area.

We dispatch your item within 3 working days.
Allow 5-10 working days for delivery to within Western Australia. and 5-15 days to Eastern States in Australia using courier services or Australia Post
Please note we are not a courier company ourselves and can only give an estimate on delivery time.
Luxury Bath Co. cannot be held accountable for late delivery.
An order cannot be cancelled or changed once in transit.
We use track and trace courier companies Australia Post, Sendle.
If you have a domestic preference, please specify this in the notes when checking out.
Once payment is received, we will endeavour to send your order within 3 business days.
If an order is placed outside of our business hours, on weekends or public holidays it will be processed the following business day.
An email will be sent with a copy of your receipt and tracking details once payment is received.
Please hold on to your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
If an item is lost in transit from Luxury Bath Co. an investigation will be carried out.
We will do our best to provide the best outcome for the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Only faulty or damaged products are eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless your product is faulty, however, we want our customers to be happy so please contact us if you’re not satisfied!
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $120, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
